United Fresh’s third annual BrandStorm™ attracted more than 225 attendees, nearly doubling the attendance since year one (2015). Over the course of two days, attendees were inspired by packaging experts, learned how to differentiate their brands through storytelling and design and focused on leveraging date to support their budgets to grow their marketing ROI. This year’s BrandStorm hosted an unprecedented panel of produce industry marketing firm leaders who shared candid realities of marketing in our industry. Their insights and suggestions for how we can go forward and improve our stories set the tone for the day and raised the bar for the industry.
Attendees set three collective goals as the event kicked off: to learn; to network; and to have fun! As BrandStorm 2017 concluded, attendees were in shared agreement that they in fact met all of these goals over the course of the event. The fourth annual BrandStorm planning is underway and the United Fresh Produce Marketing and Merchandising Council will continue to contribute to the development of the event – creating a unique opportunity by the industry, for the industry.
