“Fresh Insights for Foodservice” is a quarterly report from United Fresh. This valuable resource, developed in partnership with Datassential, showcases fresh produce flavors and trends at restaurants, retail, home delivery and beyond. The “In Season” section focuses on fresh items and preparations trending on current menus, while “On the Horizon” looks six months ahead to help operators and produce companies prepare for anticipated consumer demands. “Chain Report” covers fresh options added to major chain menus, while “Intros & LTOs” highlights notable limited-time offerings and menu introductions that feature produce. 2021 Compensation & Benefits Report
United Fresh Produce Association has partnered with research experts, Industry Insights, to develop this sixth edition of the Produce Industry Compensation & Benefits Research Report. The report showcases data from produce companies on a range of more than 30 professional industry positions including Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations, Quality Control & Assurance, Administration, Finance & Accounting, and Executives. Companies can compare their compensation levels and benefits offerings with up-to-date industry standards, not only against the industry as a whole, but also against members with a similar size, scope and location. For 2021, additions to the survey include two new positions focused on sustainability, as well as a series of questions related to how companies have changed their salary and benefits practices in the wake of COVID-19 and its impact on the industry.
