Senator Debbie Stabenow, thanks the produce industry for their support during the 2008 Farm Bill.  Stabenow played a lead role, authoring a portion of the bill that benefits the produce industry and the nation by adding more than $3 billion to support specialty crop block grants, pest and disease prevention, organic research and trade assistance.
