Andrew Bivens has worked in sales at Westlake Produce for seven years. He is responsible for the day to day marketing of melons, apples, pears, cherries, and hot house bell peppers for a number of growers in the United States, Argentina, Chile, Holland, Mexico, and New Zealand. Prior to joining Westlake, Andrew worked for Ralph’s Grocery Company for 12 years, holding positions of Store Department Manager, Produce Inspector, and Produce Buyer. Andrew has an associate's degree from Orange Coast/Coastline College and an executive certification in negotiation and conflict management from the University of Notre Dame. He is actively involved in the community and with industry organizations, including a number committees of the Fresh Produce & Floral Council. |

John Cameron joined Desert Glory Limited in 2007 as Division Manager. In this role, he is responsible for managing the regional retail, club and FOB sales in the south central United States. He previously was employed by Del Monte Fresh Produce where he managed fresh-cut sales and key retail accounts. John credits United Supermarkets in Texas for giving him his start in the produce industry in 1989, where he worked in produce management. He is a graduate of Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas with a degree in finance. John serves his community in various capacities including Cub Master for Pack 52 Cub Scouts and as a leader on the Men’s Ministry team at Eden Road Community Church. |

Allen Davis is the Director of Value Added Sales Operations for Dole Fresh Vegetables in Salinas, California. Allen graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in agribusiness and a minor in vegetable science in 1996. He began his professional career as a Sales Assistant with Central West Produce in Santa Maria. In 2001, he joined Tampa Bay, FL-based Calflo Inc. as Sales Manager. Two years later, Allen returned to California, joining Dole Fresh Vegetables as a District Sales Manager, later ascending to his current position. He is an active member of numerous organizations including the Salinas Valley Young Farmers & Ranchers and is a past president of the National Agri-Marketing Association at Cal Poly. |

Phil Gruszka is the Vice President of Marketing for Grimmway Farms in Bakersfield, California, a position he has held for the past five years. Phil has his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. His work experience includes a progression of marketing and sales positions in the United States and abroad for Sara Lee, Ralston Purina, and Anheuser Busch. Phil serves on several committees for the St. Francis School and is a member of the United Fresh-Cut Processor Board. |

Jason Hollinger is the Assistant General Manager of Earth Source Trading, Inc., a grower representative of imported fruits, based in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Since joining Earth Source in 2008, he has focused his energies on expanding their program to include organic and fair trade products. Prior to Earth Source, Jason spent six years as an organic buyer at Four Seasons Produce as well as three years in Costa Rica studying Spanish and earning an MBA. From 1999-2005, he served as the Chairman of Crossfire, a non-profit youth outreach program. |

Mike Laws is Director of Logistics for Frontera Fresh Logistics, LLC in Naples, Florida, an affiliated organization of the Texas-based Frontera Fresh Produce. Mike has been fortunate to work for grower-shippers as well as perishable service providers in all modes of transportation. For the last 10 years, he has had extensive management experience with perishable logistics, including roles such as Director of Distribution for Gargiulo, Inc. and General Manager-East Coast Operations for Universal Freight/LCL Logistics. Mike is a member of the United Fresh Supply Chain Logistics & Technology Council. He is a former board member of the JLAF Aids Foundation and is currently a den leader for the local Cub Scouts pack. |

Tracie Levin is a member of the fourth generation of owners of M. Levin & Company, Inc. operated out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania since 1906. M. Levin is a wholesale fresh fruit and vegetable distributor, specializing in bananas. Tracie graduated from the University of Delaware where she studied sociology and business. She has been involved in all aspects of the family business from managerial duties, sales, buying and general office accounting, and currently holds the position of General Manager. In 2008, she was selected as one of the recipients of the Frieda Rapoport Caplan Family Business scholarships. |

Neil Merritt, the Division Vice President of Retail Sales for Ready Pac Foods, has served in the U.S. Army and is a graduate of Central Michigan University. His first produce job was with Advantage Sales & Marketing in 1998, and in 2002 he moved from Detroit to Monterey, California for a job with Dole Fresh Vegetables in their Category Management department. After several years with Dole, Neil briefly worked for Unilever then began his career at Ready Pac Foods as the Director of Category Management. Neil was recently promoted to his current sales position, responsible for the southwest geography region for key retail accounts. |

Greg Mixon is the Vice President & Sales Manager at SunnyRidge Farm, his family's business based in Winter Haven, Florida, that specializes in growing, packing, shipping and marketing fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries. Greg joined the family business eleven years ago, and in 2002 rose to his current role where he manages both the sales and logistics departments for the company’s year-round berry business. He shares ownership of SunnyRidge with his two brothers who purchased the company from their father five years ago. Greg also is the Vice President of the Illuminating Engineering Society in Tampa, Florida. |

Andrew J. Pandol is the fourth generation of family owner/employees at Pandol Bros. Inc, which specializes in table grapes and related services in Delano, CA. He has worked in several areas of the company and currently manages table grape crew work. Andrew is also a partner in Balmaseda Winery, a small winery in Santa Cruz, CA and the managing partner of a table grape vineyard near Delano. Andrew is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural resource and managerial economics. He is an active member in the industry, working closely with the California Grape and Tree Fruit League and serving on the United Fresh Member Relations Task Force. |

Bryan Roberts is a Produce Buyer for Save-A-Lot, based in Earth City, Missouri. He has played and integral role in growing the produce department at Save-A-Lot from four distribution centers in 1996 to the current 15 centers. From 2003-2007, Bryan was the buyer/category manager for all eastern fruit and vegetable categories. Now, in his current role he manages the potato and onion categories and is responsible for item selection, packaging, ordering, and pricing for the majority of the distribution centers directed by Save-A-Lot. Bryan has an associate's degree in business administration from St. Louis Community College. |

Nichole Towell is the Marketing Development Manager for Duda Farm Fresh Foods. She grew up in the Salinas Valley in California and after receiving a bachelor's of science degree in agricultural business management from Cal Poly, spent a brief time on the production side of the business. In 2000, she joined Duda Farm Fresh Foods as a Sales Coordinator in the western vegetable sales office. Since that time she has had the opportunity to experience several positions within the Duda organization, and four years ago she transferred from Salinas to Wellington, Florida for her current position. Throughout her career, Nichole has remained active in the produce industry and in 2008 she was named a Produce Business, "40 Under Forty." |
