Supporting the Produce Power Education Fund strengthens our ability to educate members of Congress on important public policy issues so they may make informed decisions about your business.
How will my contribution help?
When you support Produce Power Education Fund you become part of an important group of industry leaders who understand that the produce industry must compete in an arena of complex issues vying for the attention of our elected leaders in Washington.
Your contribution will help to strengthen United Fresh lobbying efforts by educating Members of Congress and their staff through field trips to produce farms, packing and processing facilities, and other operations; fly-ins of experts outside Washington, DC for special briefings; preparation of background white papers and research on key issues, and more.
What more can I do to help the produce industry beyond Produce Power Education Fund?
The Produce Power Education Fund provides resources through company contributions to help educate Congress and our national leaders. FreshPAC is a separate legal political action committee that pools the personal contributions of authorized individuals to collectively support friends of the produce industry in their campaigns for Congress. Produce power starts with electing Members of Congress who support our industry.
