United Fresh Produce Association is recognized by Washington policy makers as the go to association for public policy matters related to fresh produce. United Fresh staff and volunteer leaders are often subpoenaed by Members of Congress to testify at Congressional hearings and provide insight into industry practices, issues, and concerns. Members of Congress and the Administration rely on United to provide insight on a variety of diverse issues including food safety, immigration and nutrition policy.
