United Fresh Leaders Visits Nogales, Philadelphia for Annual Produce Events

United Fresh Co-Chairman Maureen Marshall, Torrey Farms, travels to Atlantic City, NJ this weekend to attend the 22nd annual United Fresh Philadelphia Chapter Dinner Dance. Chapter President Chuck Zambito, Zambito Produce, will introduce Co-Chairman Marshall at this annual event for the Philadelphia area produce industry. Earlier this week, United Fresh President Tom Stenzel participated in the 38th annual Nogales Produce Convention hosted by the Fresh Produce Association of the Americas. "Our members in Nogales represent a significant sector of produce trade in North America, and we appreciate the leadership of FPAA Chairman Alicia Bon Martin, Wilson Batiz, LLC, United Fresh Board Member Chuck Ciruli, Ciruli Brothers, and FPAA President Lee Frankel," Stenzel said. "The relationships formed across the country from Nogales to Philadelphia and beyond are one of the most gratifying parts of association membership. A true highlight for me personally this week was seeing past United Board member Beto Maldonado, who first introduced me to the Nogales produce community many years ago," he added.
