Dear United Fresh Members,

 

Documents regarding the certificate protocol for Roma (plum) and red round tomatoes from Baja California (Norte) are now available from the Secretaria de Fomento Agropecuario del Gobierno del Estado de Baja California (Fomento Agropecuario).  These documents are posted on Fomento Agropecuario's web page at http://www.sefoa.gob.mx/TomateBC/tomateBC.htm.

 

You will note that  most of the documents are specific to the producer or grower in Mexico.  However, the "Application for Approval" document is for the importer of record, and the "Formato-Receivers" is for the receiver of the product.
