United Fresh will join with local members to host three Town Hall meetings for all member companies and friends next week in the Pacific Northwest. Meetings will be held in Pasco, WA on December 17, Yakima, WA on December 18, and Wenatchee, WA on December 19. Attendees will meet with United Fresh President Tom Stenzel, Vice President of Nutrition and Health Dr. Lorelei DiSogra, and Vice President of Trade Relations Jeff Oberman. In addition, United Fresh Board members and volunteer leaders from the local area will join in group discussions about key issues affecting the industry, and seek input from members in the area on their most important priorities for 2008. “Our recent face-to-face Town Hall meetings have been very effective in providing two-way dialogue on topics important to our members locally and nationally,” Oberman said. For more information about the schedule and attending next week’s meetings, please click here or contact Mary Wallace Teague, 202-303-3415.
