UC-Davis Fresh-Cut Workshop Offers Produce Solutions

United Fresh is co-sponsoring the 2007 Fresh-Cut Produce Workshop, organized by the University of California-Davis Postharvest Technology, Research & Information Center, to be held September 25-27, 2007 on the college campus. This annual workshop provides participants with cutting edge technical information about the fresh-cut, ready-to-eat produce sector.
