There are two easy ways to sign up for membership online 1) You can download a copy of the membership application below or 2) submit your application online through our website.
To submit a membership application online, you will first be asked to enter a username and password. If you do not have a username or password, there's a chance you may already be in our system. Please follow the steps to see if you are in the system; if you are not, you will be asked to create a profile with a user name and password and then create an online application.
Once you create a user profile, you can submit a membership application at which time you will be asked to identify your membership type. United Fresh has 5 categories of members:
- Regular Member
Growers, growers/shippers/packers, wholesalers/distributors, brokers/agents, fresh-cut/value-added, and exporters/importers
- Customer Member
Retail and foodservice operators
- Associate Member
Processing equipment, packaging equipment, packaging materials, agricultural inputs, transportation, service providers/consultants, and technical consultants
- Allied Organization Member
Produce industry associations, commodity groups, and associations
- University/Government Member
Individuals with an interest in the produce industry (i.e. researchers, professors) that work for a university or government organization. This is an individual level membership.
