Meet the Fresh-Cut Processor Board Meeting Notes From Past Meetings Promoting the Image of Fresh-Cut Produce Increasing the positive “Image of Fresh-Cut Produce” in the minds of consumers has emerged as one of the most important issue facing United’s Fresh Cut Board at this time. In October 2011, the board released the “Image of Fresh-Cut Toolkit” to help address this issue.
